Technical Information

Elements: Château Heritage, Cuvée St Elie Rosé is a combination of Syrah 60% and Cabernet-Sauvignon 40%.

Harvest: Totally manual harvest with only the optimal quality grapes used.

Life Cycle: This wine was made using the “Bleeding” method in which the wine was vinified as a red wine according to standard methods but early in the maceration process, the juice was removed from the tank and vinified separately.

Bottling: When the wine was deemed ready, it was bottled at the château. High Quality Corks were used in the 24mm format on 750ml.

Vintage: 2018, 2019, 2020

Alcoholic strength: 13%; Total Acidity: 3.60g/l H2SO4; Residual Sugar: 0.84g/l

General Information:

Tasting Notes: Beautiful pink color. Excellent nose of red fruits, candy, with very fine spices. Elegant mouth, rich of cherries and ripe strawberries. An exceptional rosé deserving to be part of the cuvéest Elie line.  Consumption temperature: 8-12C.
